Four volumes of collected newspaper columns including Living With Crazy Buttocks, which won the Diagram Prize for the Oddest Title of the Year in 2002. Plus Get a Grip; Get Another Grip, and Keep Yourself Nice (from her first ever newspaper column, of etiquette advice). First ever book The Modern Girl's Guide to Everything; then The Modern Girl's Guide to Safe Sex; and Real Gorgeous: The Truth About Body and Beauty (sorry everyone who asks where to buy it, you can’t: the next best thing is to get one of the Girl Stuff books for the appropiate age, or Women’s Stuff for grown-ups).

There was also Kazcards (cartoon postcards); a series of satirical 'Little Books' in the style of the Little Book of Calm: The Little Book of Stress, through The Little Book of Dumb Feng Shui, The Little Book of Crap (with Simon Weazelpantz), The Little Book of Beauty and the Little Book of Diet and Exercise ("why not kayak to work?); cartoon illustrated Modern Girls' Diaries consecutively from 1990 to 1995; an early novel, The Crocodile Club; and a scrapbook for memories called The Baby Book. Occasionally you can see highlights from these books in an archive post on the Writing page.
